About

I am a seasoned yoga teacher (RYT 300 from Triyoga London) with multiple additional trainings (Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Seniors, Five Elements Yoga, Love Your Brain, certifications from Kripalu). I feel truly grateful to be able to share the benefits of yoga with a wide variety of people in our community, both young and old! I’ve taught yoga at Williams College for many years, working with students, athletes, faculty and staff, and have led multiple Winter Study programs. In addition, I’ve taught Chair Yoga at the Harper Center for many years, and have helped many people post physical therapy and operation.

I currently offer a variety of Open Level community classes at the Williamstown Youth Center and at the Williams Inn, and I also work one-one-one with clients in their homes. One of my newest offerings is Yoga for Men. Yoga is truly for Every Body!
